Bravedity advertised on FB specifically stating 2020 New Portable Smart Photo Printer-Buy 2 Free Shipping in large font and then in smaller font with a flower bullet it says extra 6 rolls of thermal paper(only paper) with a picture of the portable photo printer and 6 rolls of paper. I reached and out and let them know that I only received paper. They requested that I send a picture of the label on the packaging which I luckily had I kept. They kept emailing for new pictures of the packaging and I continued to resize and resend pictures. I have continued to email to no avail and they sent another email saying to view my order and that I had received what I purchased. With every email, I have requested a refund to my paypal, which is how I purchased. They have ignored that request.
