I have been scammed by braveduty.net . They misuse words added to the bottom of a product description next to the bonus gift, by taking it out of context and adding it to my invoice next to the actual product I ordered. They did this to get out of sending me what they actually are advertising and what I actually ordered, a portable printer with paper. The listing says “2020 NEW Portable Smart Photo Printer-Buy 2 Free Shipping”, the image is a mini PRINTER with 6 rolls of paper, the description describes the PRINTER, in great detail, with numerous images. The bottom of the ad says an “EXTRA 6 ROLLS OF THERMAL PAPER”. However they only sent the rolls of paper. When I contacted them they said “you received what you ordered, check your invoice”. The invoice is an altered description of what I ordered, they placed “(only paper)” right next to the printer in the invoice that they sent after the purchase went through. This inaccurate invoice is their to prevent from actually having to send me the printer. Then they took longer then 30 days deliver it therefore according to their refund policy “If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange”.

The product that was finally delivered is not what I ordered. When I contacted them again they simple say “that is what you ordered” then refer to the invoice they sent after the purchase. The invoice is inaccurate. Those words “only paper” are not in the product description. The product description actually uses the phrase “EXTRA 6 ROLLS OF THERMAL PAPER”. They added, “(only paper)” to my invoice. The product image and product description is clearly a printer plus paper. This is a scam. Please make them repay all the people they’ve scammed. Or at the least, shut them down so they can not continue scamming more people.

This company and their printer was presented to me as an ad on Instagram. I trusted that Instagram would advertise reputable websites. But that is not the case with braveduty.net
