Online Retailer Scam

This brand has numerous reports from paying customers that never receive their order, or only receive it months after purchase (and only after forcing the business to deliver the item after threatening legal or financial action). The products received are often of subpar quality and not what was initially represented.
I placed an preorder for an item that was never received. After following up with Bravest Studios via email, I received a generic "your item will ship soon response," with no further updates a month later. Many other clients report the same experience.
This brand uses the veneer of "celebrity collaborations" and social media influencers to add a curtain of legitimacy, but rarely delivers a product and deliberately misleads the public.
