I ordered the "so called" Hareem gold perfume. It arrived broken and the contents spilled into the packaging. I reported it the same day and requested a refund. I didn't tell them I knew it was a fake, just said I didn't want another just refund my money. The response was that it would be forwarded to management. That was over a month ago. I sent 5 emails asking them to do the right thing. Nothing back ever

I ordered a perfume from Baxadur, but the quality was an imitation & bad quality. It was delivered 7/3, but I contacted them immediately since it’s a 30 day refund hassle free.I emailed them numerous times. First couple of times they advised that they will get with management. After the 4th, 5th & 6tn email for status, I haven’t received a response from them. I ordered from June 17th, under order # 4128. Amount was $26.90. I couldn’t find where they are located, but it is out of the country.

An oil perfume was ordered and they sent fake ones. I contacted them and they said it was a mistake. They can only be reached through email. They said they will send the correct one an blamed it on its popularity and they had issues with some of there suppliers or logistic partners. They gave different responses and I got multiple emails the same day as if from different people. At the end they just send another fake and from the begging I asked for a refund but that has never happened. They just kept saying I was going to get the original and now I asked again for my refund but they are avoiding that subject. Baxadur.com is the website. They took the money from my account and the product is Hareem Sultan Gold an oil perfume. The company seems to be from China but the labels say is from 2800 N Franklin Road Indianapolis IN 46219 so not sure where they are.
