Failed to provide the services as promised. 4 months of services paid for and lack of results. horrible communication and follow up. in the end, nothing that was guarantied actually happen. I had pleaded for more assistance it just became a broken record. Total one sided affair with little to no guidance. 1200 application submissions, 4 months later and not a single interview. Not a care in the world from Kymberlee. She just took my money and ran.
