My brother ordered an oxygen machine from an internet website called breath easy medical supplies in July 2016. They work directly with Inogen who distributes the machines. The cost of the machine was $2100 and extra battery was $399. We tried to return the machine in August with confirmation from Tina Bouapaengpan and we were assured my mother would receive the full refund of $399 for an unopened battery pack and $1000-1400 back from the machine which was only used once. As of November 1, we have not received any refund. The website in non existent along with the phone numbers to this business. I did contact XXXXX XXXXX at Inogen today and she said we needed to contact a lawyer, BB and police. My mother is 82 and my father is a 100 percent disabled veteran.
