I used a promotional code for Breathwrk and had until Nov22 to cancel. I sent two emails as referred in their correspondence to cancel this subscription; [email protected] and [email protected]. The dates that I sent an email to is Nov15 and I followed up on Nov21. I sent them another email today to let them know that I'm not happy about their customer service, not responding to my request and now I'm charge $29 for a subscription that I will not use. I found their telephone number and tried calling them, but get an instant busy signal. Just another scammer. Disgusting!
