I was involved in a car accident. Within minutes this company arrived claiming to be AAA (Which I was waiting for). He told me he was with AAA. He told me we couldnt go to Mercedes Benz dealership where I wanted to be towed and we had to go to another location of his. I got in his tow truck and soon realized I was in the wrong towing car. I believe he was attempting to kidnap me or take me to a body shop where he'd get kickbacks. I asked him to pull over and let me out and leave y car on the side of the road and he did but continued to try and persuade me to tow the car to his location. I looked up this business on yelp and they have many negative reviews stating the same experience I encountered. They prey on women who are vulnerable after an accident. This business should be shut down!
