This website is a scam website. The ScamPulse.com shows 14 negative feedback about this new website and no one has ever received their products nor were they able to communicate with the seller in any form. I never received a confirmation email about my purchase nor does my order number show up in their fake account page. I was given a fake account number and no confirmation and I can't get in touch with the seller. The address shown on the website isn't their business. The payment immediately goes to a Chinese name and email that's not associated with the website at all. (VO DINH TRONG [email protected]) They have changed their address to another fake one in the last couple of weeks. They keep changing their products on their website and how the website looks. The emails don't work. They also manipulate Paypal by stealing UPS tracking numbers to try to show proof that they sent the item. When you look into the tracking number on UPS's website you can see the package didn't actually ship to the person they claim it did. They literally steal tracking numbers to fit their scam agenda. They are VERY clever and get Paypal to side with them on all their disputes. Paypal doesn't do any investigation. They take the fake tracking number from UPS as proof and close the case. Every time. This website needs to be SHUT DOWN! Paypal needs to take this more seriously and UPS needs to be able to protect themselves from tracking number theft too.

Placed an order with BREVILLEESPRESSOMACINE.COM on 5/21/20 for Dewalt drill and impact wrench through PayPal, PayPal recipient name is listed as "NGUYEN HIEU NGAN", website only said "processing" after I placed order and never got a tracking number from them, got no reply to my email from brevilleespressomachine about my order. On 5th day after order a tracking number from UPS Ground is uploaded to PayPal and says delivered on 5/22/20 1 day after I ordered it. Never got any package from UPS Ground. Website gives a New York address, UPS "Ground" can't deliver anything in 1 day from New York to AZ and tracking info states they got my package on 5/18/20, 3 days before I placed an order! Full address is not shown from UPS tracking only city and state so it's NOT valid proof of a delivery but PayPal says it is. It's just a random tracking number from another UPS Ground package scammer is uploading to PayPal. Filed a claim with PayPal, PayPal rep falsified actions taken on my case, never sent me a single email or contacted me like they say they did. PayPal claims policy state if order/shipping dates don't match they will give refund, because it proves it's not your order or package yet PayPal gave me no refund. The truth is that the PayPal claims rep is the one who has access to random tracking numbers and knows how the claims system works better than anyone, they didn't follow refund guidelines, lied and falsified actions taken during review of my case. PayPal claims rep is working with criminal scamsite brevilleespressomachine.com Today 5/28/20 checked scamsite with my order number and scamsite now says order "on hold"

Purchased a product for $94.00 on the website using PayPal. Order placed on 20MAY2020. Received a UPS tracking number that showed delivery on 18MAY2020(prior to order). Asked for clarification and the email on the transaction showed undeliverable. Contacted Paypal within one day of placing order that it was scam. Paypal siding with seller since they can provide tracking# from UPS. Since I am not the true recipient, UPS can only state that my address is not the address associated on the tracking number. Also, orgination address is incorrect.

This is not a real site. After I placed the order I received a tracking #, with already showed delivery two weeks PRIOR to my placing the order. DO NOT ORDER from this site https://brevilleespressomachine.com or anyone with that email - [email protected]

I bought a vacuum cleaner from an online site. Link to the product I purchased:

vacuum-cleaner/ My credit card attached to my paypal account was charged. I did not receive

a confirmation email. Reviewing the merchant's website, their contact store address points to a

furniture store in New York. I found this store's phone using google search. This store does not sell

the product I purchased (only furniture). The email address for the merchant on their site, when

emailing, send an automatic reply in which you can tell is fraudulant and not legitimate. The

merchant cannot be reached. Note: I did open a claim with paypal on 5/19 which is waiting for the

merchant to reply. Please shut this site down before others get scammed.

I purchased a product from them. On the same day i got the tracking number. When i looked up the tracking, it says my order was delivered 2 weeks before i even ordered the product. I contacted paypal and they did nothing to help due to the tracking saying the product was delivered.

I research about espresso coffee machine. At Breville show the espresso that I search for 50% off. while at Amazon market price for $549. This website look like real Breville Espresso company. sound like a very good deal, so I bought it. After a week, there was no tracking and any other information. I called, and email them. There were no responded. Two more weeks went by, then I received from them that I was delivered to the front door with UPS tracking number. PayPal started charge me. I called a dispute with PayPal, with PayPal policy when there is proof of delivery then case closed. I checked with UPS. They even fake the delivery by send 1 lb item to Renton, WA address. Not even with my name and real address, with this scam they get away and proof delivery to front door. The real espresso machine weight 26 lbs.

Please check on this big scammer company. The scary part is the their website looks so real.
