I ordered this item through the website and paid with PayPal. I tried to reach out to the seller asking for a tracking #. After never receiving an answer from the seller and never received the item I order I initiated a dispute through PayPal. My claim was denied by PayPal claiming the seller provide them a tracking #. PayPal failed to check the validity of the tracking number which UPS said is not a valid number. Here are my records of the claim and answer from PayPal: PayPal Dispute Case ID: PP-D-*********.
