Brian Leach came over to our property looked at your roof and gave us an estimate to replace it verbally. He left house and 2 days later showed up with a written quote and asked for 15% down to get on the schedule. Brian then put us off for 4 months and were forced to get another contractor on site to get roof replaced. When asked to return our 15% down he said he would get it to us. Its been 8 months and still no money and to boot his license is not current with the CCB, nor does he have bond in place.
