I contacted Brian Simpson from Kc Homescapes from a recommendation I got from a friend who did construction. He seemed to be very on it so I hired him to do concrete for me. He came to my house and had a guy with him to start leveling the area.(which last I heard won’t answer his calls either and hasn’t paid him yet). I gave him 25% of the total cost at that time. He was supposed to be sending me the receipt and the rest of the bill then. He left and never came back. He won’t answer my calls or texts.
