I also ordered 3 wigs from Brianna Wigs. They were absolutely horrible! They were not at all like the pictures on the website. I emailed them at [email protected] to tell them that I was extremely disappointed with the wigs. They were not lace front or pre plucked! The hair was very shiny for human hair, and the hair was shedding! I am attaching pictures of the inside of the caps to show there is no lace front on any of them, and the quality of the wigs! I too was offered a 10% refund. I declined and stated I wanted to return the items and receive a full refund of monies! I was then offered a 30% refund , and told to keep the items. The company is overseas and it would be very expensive for me to return them. I told them I would be posting a very negative review because this is just a scam! So now I have countered that I will accept 50% of my payment, and will donate the wigs to a thrift store for use at Halloween! Please, please, DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIANNA WIGS! This company is a total scam, and will keep your payment! The return address on my package is:

I ordered three wigs from this company at cost $56.72 this was in the beginning of August, I did try and phone the company no answer, I emailed them twice before someone finially got back in touch with me. They gave me a tracking number that didn't exsist. Once I continued to call and email the company; finially the wigs came. The package was torn opened as well as the hairs inside were falling apart. I once again emailed Brianna Hair to ask for a refund. They offered me only 10% of the cost $5.67 stating the return address, is not the same as the warehouse address. I told the person emailing that was excepible, seeing they took my money send me a bad product. On their web-site it also states they do once you have return the items you would be able to receive your full refund. The return address that was sent to me: (1st Floor, Building A16, Fuqiao Third Industrial Zone, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province Postcode:518100 Recipient:BJT ) It doesn't exsist! I did inform them the address was fake and doesnt exsist in no country. I was told that I would have to pay the return fees up to $100.00 dollars in order to receive any refund. I soon found out after resceaching the business further; they have gone by many different name. Vogue Hair, Allwigs, CysterWigs, EnvyWigs the list goes on, I've been asking for a refund now for over a week. I received the wigs on Friday and Saturday morning I not only took pictures but, I asked for a refund. With this company, They offer only a tenth of the price and once you begin to ask for a full refund they send a FAKE return address and change the email address as well as the name of the business. This nothing more then a SCAM. Not one of the video they show is from there company, neither are the models, wigs or warehouse. I want my money back!! Can someone please do something about these companies that take advanage of people?
