By phone, last Friday, March 1, 2024. She introduced herself as Emma Morgan with Bridge Venture Capital. She told me that my company, ******** **** LLC had been approved for a line of credit between $250,000 to $500,000. It was concerning she had our corporate ID number as well as my personal social security number. To start the process, she needed a picture of my driver's license and a voided corporate check. I asked her who had referred my company to her and how she obtained my information, but she would not answer the question. In addition, I have requested that information again via an email but no response. A broker I use for funding told me he did not forward the information to her company and has responded in an email that is 100% fake offer. Based on this I have not supplied a copy of my driver's license or a void check nor the latest bank statements. There were several calls earlier this week and emails explaining why they did not have a website.
