Upon Martin's assessment of the job, I accepted the provided quote, and he promptly initiated the roof repair. However, my disappointment surfaced a few days later when a significant rainfall revealed that the leak I had hired them to fix persisted. In my attempts to address the situation, I made multiple calls to Martin, who assured me he would return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, he failed to follow through on his commitment.
This experience not only prolonged the inconvenience of a leaking roof but also resulted in a financial setback of $1,000. Regrettably, I now find myself in the position of having to engage another company to rectify the problem. The lack of resolution and the financial loss make this encounter with the company particularly disheartening, to say the least.
