I got this email from [email protected] with an application form asking me to fill it out. I had mixed emotions which includes questions on how they got my info? Benefit of the doubt since I've been posting my resumes on different job boards local and abroad, I proceed and submit the application form. But prior, I researched on the company and I was able to find its website. So I thought it's real.

I received an email regarding its job offer. Still mixed emotions but doubtful coz when I read the job offer it seems like everything is offered to me such as food, accomodationg, and transportation. Got nothing to spend there anymore which is suspicious even the name on the signature "Mr Success Argawal". I asked family members thought about it and they said, "That's too good to be true". I replied to Bright Fisheries, thanking them about and and asked them about the concern that I have regarding paid leave.

This Job Offer Letter is based on the information you furnished in your Employment Application Form. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1.0: DATE OF RESUME:
You are requested to resume work with Bright Fisheries Inc, on 16th June, 2018. This contract will last for the period of two ( 2 ) years and it’s liable to be renewed.
2.0: JOB TITLE /DESCRIPTION: “INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.”
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of products
• To Develop a good knowledge of the remote sensing market; demand, competition and prices.
• Respond efficiently to inquiries for appropriate information about products and services.
• Develop strong customer relationships.
• Ensure accurate and timely setup of product.
• Merchandise products through promotions and interaction with sales department.
• Interact with brokers and vendors with regard to retail products.
• Monitor and dispose of obsolete and excess products.
• Keep current on market and product developments.
• Identify and communicate individual problems and opportunities to the appropriate personnel.
3.0:WORK PERIODS:
Monday to Fridays, Time: 8.00am to 17.00 with break period between 12.30noon to 13.00pm. Employees are entitled to a one (1) month paid home leave.
3.1: JOB SITE/LOCATION: BRIGHT FISHERIES INC. UNIT 3008 SPRUCE DRIVE, RICHARDSON, TEXAS 75080 UNITED STATES.
You will be working in our Richardson regional head office, where our marketing and customer service departments are located.
3.2:ALLOWANCES:
Hazard/conveniences allowance, 5% of Basic salary. Entertainment allowance 5% of Basic salary. All allowances are paid weekly.
4.0: SALARY INDICATION:
You will be paid $23.56 Per Hour ( Twenty Three Dollars Fifty Six Cent Per Hour )
4.1:PAID HOME LEAVE:
All staff at Bright Fisheries Inc are entitled to a one (1) month paid home leave, which can be taken once at a time or twice (2) weeks apart one different period. All staff shall be entitled to a leave allowance (in US$) of an additional 100% percent of their basic salary and free tickets to cover their home leave. No allowances on leave period.
5.0:SAFETY AND SECURITY:
Safety and Security of personnel Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and Communities are not small issue, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.
All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the job location. All staff are entitle to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts. All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations e.g. Gloves, Shoes etc as applicable in the job location.
6.0: MEDICAL/HEALTH SERVICE FACILITIES AND INSURANCE PLAN FOR FAMILY:
All staffs shall be entitled to a comprehensive health care service, which are to be administered by Medical Experts on Job Locations. In a case of emergency situation, an expatriate will be fly to his home country or any country suitable for the best medical Attention, this decision can be influenced by the findings of the Company's Medical experts, unless the expatriate in question states otherwise.
7.0: FEEDING AND ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation and feeding shall be provided for all expatriates by Company, Quality single or family housing Accommodation in company community, Maximum security in work Environment and housing community, all cuisine (Intercontinental/Continental) will also be provided.
7.1: TRANSPORTATION:
An official vehicle shall be provided on 24 hour daily basis to all staff for local transportation. A round trip flight ticket to cover your contract engagement will be provided and delivered to you on the completion of your relevant travel documents and Immigration particulars.
7.2: ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all staffs with no expenses to be burred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all staffs by the company laundry and dry cleaning unit.
8.0: TELECOMMUNICATION/INTERNET FACILITIES:
There are standard telecommunication facilities and internet services at the disposal of all staff, and same shall be accessible to all personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be burred.
9.0: CLAIMS/ENTITLEMENTS:
All expenses burred in relation to this Job/Contract Engagement Process is liable to reimbursement within 72 hours of your arrival here. Such expenses include cost of obtaining medical certificate, immunization/shots in the case were an expatriate gets such service from a special or personal doctor. Cost of obtaining Job Contract Engagement papers and Traveling documents. Cost of transportation to the embassy on the date of appointment if found satisfactorily committed.
A prove of payment in form of an official receipt will facilitates a prompt reimbursement of all claims/expenses. With respect to the expected time line of the project take-off ensure the Processing of all traveling Document/immigration particulars etc. in record time.
10.0: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE:
If the conditions stated above are acceptable to you. Get the necessary documents in less than 30 working days from a renowned U.S licensed Tour and Travel Agency attached to Non U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service Office and you shall be required to furnish us with your Visa and work permit approval before this (30) working days and make an official report to the Company with your International Passport copies Visa page to enable the Bright Fisheries Inc, process your Travel ticket.
You are hereby directed to contact the Non U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service department U.S Embassy Manila Philippines for processing of your relevant Documents /immigration particulars to facilitate your travel to U.S for commencement of work.
VISA/WORKING PERMIT PROCESS.
To assure immediate visa processing we request you to contact the Non U. S. Citizenship & Immigration Service department at U.S Embassy Manila Philippines.
11.0:Contact Non U. S. Citizenship & Immigration Service department (via e-mail using the contact details bellow) by sending a scan copy of your international passport with photo passport size for processing of your Visa/relevant travel/immigration documents to enable us ascertain your commitment readiness & willingness to the project take-off.

I received an email regarding my commitment to proceed to its process of employment and they also replied regarding my concern. They also instructed me to contact

Tel : +63 915 4563 360 who is willing to assist me regarding my visa process.
But on this day also, I researched more. It's location (Richardson, TX) which looks like a residential place on Google Maps. The name Success Argawal which suggests Success Agarwal which resulted to different success stories of anyone who has Agarwal which I assume the scammer jumbled the letters and used. Next is the, contact person Mr. Mark B. Toner, as per LinkedIn he is
"Mark C. Toner is a Deputy Assistant Secretary, Europe and Eurasia."
I did not lose money because I found out right away that, Its a scam and I am greatful I did not lose money. I am sharing this story for everyones awareness. Be mindful, and research first.
