http://brightgoldendoodle.com/ pretends to be a dog breeder specializing in goldendoodles of various sizes. The scam is that they don't have any puppies for sale at all. The original owners of all the photos and testimonies were stolen from an actual breeder Smeraglia's Teddy Bear Goldendoodles & Schnoodles, she has reported the operators of Bright Goldendoodle to numerous pet scam watch websites and worked with the IP/domain registrar in order to get the website shutdown but it's operating. I got scammed for $865. They play on the fact that you're shopping for a puppy and most breeder websites are innocent enough. Although the person portrays they are from Michigan, but website was registered in Atlanta - check domain tools whois and you can see the registration info. The scammer will ask that you send money via Zelle app used by most banks now. Caution about Zelle, it's a send and forget system that offers no protection - Zelle is supposed to be used by people that know each other and not to make payments for online purchases - you can not get your money back if you send using Zelle.

They are using puppies specifically Mini Goldendoodles, with only 2 left at a reduced price. Once paid, they then ask for additional charges for shipping due to weather. The payment according to PayPal goes to Delta shipping which Delta has reported as a scam site using the Delta logo and pictures of planes.

I went online looking for a goldendoodle puppy to purchase. Came across their site and noticed prices were lower compared to a lot of other "breeders" I had found. I inquired for more information. The person replied (no name) saying that they were offering the puppy at a lower rate because they were preparing for the next litter and wanted to find the remaining puppies great homes! They were asking for a $450 deposit that was supposedly refundable and then I would pay the remaining $300 once I came and saw the puppy or paying the full $755 to get it shipped to me. Turns out with further research, this is some guy named *** *** in Georgia that stole puppy pictures from another site as well as the testimonials and was going to collect the money with nothing in return.
