Purchased a puppy and paid with Zella the form a payment they request. Payment went through. Then it was time to ship the puppy and a carrier company confirmed shipment and wanted further funds for special thermal crate to transport puppy that they said would be refunded after the puppy was delivered. They also insisted to be paid with Zella and wouldn'texcepta regularcredit card. This didn't seem right to me and said I'd call them back. Never heard from the Bright Schnauzer puppy Kennel again. Guess that fictitious puppy i fell in love with is still sitting at the airport waiting for me to pay for that special crate. It is so sad that trusting people get taken advantage of by thieves. Warning the website looks very legitimate.
