I placed an order for (2) 10 oz silver bars on September 27th. They gave me the information as to who to pay with Zelle (John Brownlee) at johnfineart2022gmail.com. I followed through with the payment and they sent 1 more email saying that they would give me a tracking number when product was sent out. My order (#3448) says it is "on hold" and has said that from the beginning. That never happened. I attempted to communicate with them multiple times via all possible ways with no response on their part. I found several other phone numbers, none of which worked to actually reach someone. Their website says they have a ScamPulse.com A+ rating.

I have attempted to find who they are and where they are located with quite a bit of difficulty. I can't imagine I am the first to have a problem with them. I have waited 2 months with no activity on their part.
