I found this company online booked a time for them to come to my previous residence to clean it as I was moving out and handing back to the rental agency. A representative came started unloading cleaning supplies said the crew would be there that evening and they'd get it all done. I submitted a payment via zelle for the quote they gave me, I told him I'd be back the next day to see how it went. Come back, contract was not met and they will not refund my money. They 'offered' refund in form of me going to them to collect a check which I am sure would have been a bad check - in exchange I removed negative reviews. I demanded refund back via zelle and they will not said as they 'tried' with the check idea so too bad basically. Now, their site no longer works for me it originally came up showing ScamPulse.com logos and high ratings this and that but will not load now - reading reviews (Google,Yelp) and it appears this is a regular thing for them feel like the good reviews are planted and you can clearly see the ones left by real people having similar issues. They're con artists and need to be shut down. David Clouse is the owner name I found on housecleaning360.com.
