Do not place an order with brightsightflashlight.com. I received an email that directed me to Free Stuff Frenzy, which took me to another web site to receive a free pair of ear pods if I paid the shipping cost of $6.97. Long story short, I received a charge of $119.97 from this company. I called the customer service number that was on the email two times to try to cancel/reverse this charge. Both representatives could not find my order in their system. They checked by my name, my address, my email and the order number. Then I knew something was really wrong. I had to call my bank to put a stop on the charge. Their response to the chargeback case listed items and prices of items I did not order. Then said that items had to be returned within 30 days for a refund, with a different phone number than was provided on the email. How was I supposed to return anything they mailed to me if the customer service phone number representative on the initial email could not even find my order? Do not order from this company!
