I purchased from an online ad offering a free 30 day trial of Brilliance Ageless Facial Cream. I paid $9.90 in shipping. 14 days later my credit card was charged for $98.90 and $94.90. I called and they said this was a charge for the “free trial” since I didn’t cancel the order within 14 days. It was NOT a charge for the next month, it was for what they already sent out. 1 oz of brilliance Ageless Facial cream and .5 oz of brilliance Rejuvenating Eye Serum. That is an outrageous price and a scam. When I called to complain, they said that they could cancel future shipments but not refund my money.

It looks like this company runs this scam under several different names and has many complaints.

I’d like to file a formal complaint but do not have all the required information the ScamPulse.com website complaint form requires, I.e. address, location, etc.
