First of all, british cats aren't as cheap as I was thinking they would be. This person posted the cats (probably not real) for sale at $600 with a contract and some information sent through email, which was the only way to communicate with the business. This person is asking for payment by Zelle, or other apps which don't ensure you to get your money back in case of fraud. After I paid $645 (Home delivery was an extra 45$), 3 days had past and I didn’t receive any information from this person, so I emailed him. He said he finished registering the cat and the next day he will give me information about the flight. He will send me a link, with a tracking number and information that didn’t explain anything exactly about the flight, after that he sent me an email where it says that I have to pay for the crate that they’re renting, $1000 with 90% refund when I get the kitten. He asked me to pay through Zelle again, and it was unsuccessful this time. Then he asked me about other apps where I can pay (crypto, bitcoin, paypal) and told I can pay with paypal (goods and services only, I pay an extra fee to have the warranty of refund) and he didn’t accept, and then it started to be suspicious, so me and my husband called him in that night and ask him what is going on, and he denied everything, and just hang up.

One more thing!!! They’re using different names, different email addresses, accounts and different phones to confuse you, to be harder to find them. This person, Eureka Jean-Louis, is the same person , he’s the seller, he’s the agent for transportation, he’s doing all these bad things, his number is from Seattle, WA (206) 208-4796

I did the screenshots from my email, he’s using 2, one like seller, another one like agent for transportation, the accounts for Zelle and Paypal are on totally different names and phone number, please be careful.
