I posted on a local Dalmatian page on Facebook that we were looking for a puppy. Within minutes I had a private message from Britt Smith saying that she had three puppies left, and she could deliver to a neighboring town. We sent Britt $250 over PayPal and she never showed up with the pup. She messaged us several days later saying that the pup would be delivered to a different location, and again never showed up. We now cannot get ahold of her after she promised to refund our money.
