I purchased an item from them online, and they claimed to have shipped the items to me. The stated that they did not properly label my shipping address on the package, and it never made it to me. I contacted them many times, and blamed it on the USPS, but USPS states they shipped back to originator, and the company never followed through when they received the item back, and have never shipped anything in return. So they may never sent the items to me in the first place.
