An Irish man approached us and said he was from Broadstone Paving and  he could pave our driveway for us. He said they were doing work in the area and had left over materials. He was dressed in an orange shirt, pants and hat, and the other men with him were wearing safety vests. They drove a white truck with no logo or lettering on it. They did not have business cards. 

I went on the internet and searched and there is no Broadstone Paving. However many other people report having these guys come and do substandard work and are never heard from again.
