I saw an ad on FB and it was showing Lori from Shark Tank with a little carry on roller suitcase and all the features of it, and they were offering a discount so I fell for it. Brode kept saying it was delivered and it wasn't. And my stupid Credit Card company Marcus GM won't reimburse me, even though I reported it as fraud, and even though their stupid fraud dept can just put the company name in and see all the fraud cases. I don't know why they hire people who can't do this simple task. So I'm out that money and no reimbursement.
