I had the same experience of other people. I purchased on line a bread machine on 20 nov 23. After some wks I pushed for a tracking number and they shared one delivered to another region in Italy. They justified saying logistcs co made an error.
They shared another tracking no and was delivered again to another address
after 4 months I'm still waiting for my package.
I asked for money back but nothing, they propose alwasy to send another package.
After all these bad experiences can't authority do anything to stop their theef?
isn't there a possibility to open a claim all together?

I told them to send it or refund me the money paid they told me they will send it and send me the tracking code within 7 days. Which never came and the emails i didn't get any responds.
This should be stopped straight away. Can not image how much money they steal with it...

Chinese scammers. Beware do not buy online from this company!!!
I live in the UK. Almost 3 months and haven't received goods. Contacted the company via email and they blamed the courier company. They keep lying to me and offer to send another one out, they're full of crap. It's a scam. I've contacted my credit card company to recover my money. I'm also going to shut these [censored]ers down so they don't keep scamming honest people!
Don't buy online... You will never receive your goods!

Set x 3 large collection of artist adult pencils.
I contacted them by email on the 27th November asking for an update.
The reply stated, that due to a system problem the tracking number could not be synchronized.
They said they have registered my information and will contact their warehouse, stating that a tracking number will be with me within 3-5 days.
I contacted them again and notified them that I still had not received my order and would be asking my finance card supplier to retrieve payment.
On the 19th of December they said that my package had been sent and allow 22 days to arrive with a tracking number. LV907366898CN. I followed this number on WWW.17track.net/en on the 28th I checked the tracking and found that it had been delivered, with photos to prove it. Unfortunately the place they were delivered to, was 300 miles from my location and none of them would have been the packages that I ordered.
The packages that I ordered would not have fitted through the letter box as this tracking showed. I question this and had a reply saying they would contact the logistics company. I have had no reply to my emails since.

I have had the same experience with them. Stripe is the company that they use to process their online money transactions. I have today emailed stripe to Inform them of my issue. They do have a dispute procedure there and it is my understanding through reading their website that if the seller cannot prove delivery then money will be refunded to the buyer. Might be worth a try !?
