Clothing company is scamming

Scamming people through the shipping company they provide (luckily I purchased the protection on route). I was given incorrect shipping info soon after ordering. Then I didn't get an email back for 3 weeks about my $300+ order.

I was sent one shirt and had the other 14 items marked as delivered (about a month after ordering).

Essentially they're taking your money and betting on you not purchasing insurance for shipping.

I made an order from this company and it was canceled. Assuming I’d receive my money back, I just placed another order, which ended up being canceled again. I really liked the clothing on this site. So in all, I’ve made a total of 4 orders, which all have been canceled. My very first order was placed on March 13th, 2021. It is now the 24th of March and I have yet to receive any kind of refund. The communication is horrible. I emailed the company and was told I’d receive a refund, which I understand normally takes 3-5 business days and it has been longer than that. I believe that this company is scamming me out of my money (almost $400).
