I had the same experience with a "Allen Shore" calling me at x502 from number 888-497-1987. He told me it was from debt in 2003 that I was a decent person paying the bill then but in 2017 I turned into a less than decent human and stopped paying my bills. He wouldn't give me any other information. When I told him I wanted to speak to his manager he told me I was served in March... which I wasn't and said "this isn't walmart Karen. you can't speak to a manager" and then hung up on me. I called back and he just kept yelling we are taking you to court next week and if I am so smart any questions I have I can figure out on my own and kept hanging up on me. Total tool. This has to be fake or a scam.

These people have called me twice for a credit card debt. First time I spoke to an Allan and he was very rude. Numbers are local and it appears they are from California and I’m from Texas. They have been telling me they will deliver me a citation to go to court. Very intimidating. They say I need to pay 1600 dollars for a 250 credit card. The first time they wanted for me to pay the full amount through my bank. When I refused, Allan got very upset and started talking to me on a rude manner.

Allen Shore cursed me over the phone, Judith hung up on me because I guess I was asking too many questions and Mr. Reyes tried to use reverse psychology on me to get me out of character. Needless to say they were trying to scare me into paying on an account from the year 2000 that I have no recollection of. They said I owed $2982.15 on a $886.53 account the drew interest over time. They claimed to have mailed documents to my house to appear in court and that I was being sued, they said they would garnish my check, arrest me put a line on my property if I didn't pay. They first said I had to pay the whole amount, then they said they would settle for 60% then I got an email stating to pay the $886. I told them to kiss my a$$ and to stop calling my phone they call from a different number everytime.

Could you share the email address for them, we had the exact same experience with these crooks. We have filed a complaint with the BBB, but their unable to contact them unless there's an email/mailing address provided to them.

A "Mr. Shore" called and went on to say a credit card that was opened in February 2001 went into collections in 2017, and they were calling to collect on it. I did my homework, and found out this was a total scam. They were telling me I could settle with them now or argue next week in court. Well... my sister works at a law firm and learned I had no outstanding account as they claimed, and learned this was a total scam trying to scare me to pay them to "avoid court". Called them back & when they figured out I was on to them they were very rude, hung up on me, and now the telephone number says it's disconnected.

This company contacted my mother and my sons cell phone numbers stating that they were Christine a process server trying to find me to serve me papers of a legal matter basically. When I contacted the company I got met with quite a disgruntled man right away who might have obviously been the receptionist I’m assuming and was cocky with me when I tried asking him for the name of the company. This man then transferred me to supposedly an attorney but when the attorney answered it sounded just like this man disguising his voice just a little bit pretty sure it was the same man. This so-called attorney tried to tell me that Wayback in 2007 when I lived in a completely different area that apparently I took out a line of credit and paid it for two years faithfully then stopped paying it and they are suing me and he said that I was committing fraud by doing this. I informed the man it is not fraud when somebody cannot pay their bills it is not considered fraud and he then claimed also that they tried to deliver papers to me at one point already but I was not home but the thing is is I’m home every day all day so I already know that was a lie. When I pretty much told him I didn’t believe him because the company that he said I got a line of credit through with a company I’ve never even heard of and come to think of it when I lived out there at that time to be honest I had bad credit and never got a line of credit through anybody so I know that was a lie. The only people I was paying faithfully at that time in my life was my student loan. So he told me that they were going to sue me and then I was going to get in trouble. Right there he threatened me and I already knew right when he threatened me that something wasn’t right. He told me that hi was trash because I couldn’t pay my bills back then. Another indication as to why this was not true because he was calling me names now as well yeah he supposed to be an attorney. And then the other indications cannot be true or legal is that this company Brook Hearst legal group has nothing no information at all whatsoever anywhere on the internet about them. If this were a legal company or illegal lawyer there would be some information on the Internet about them but there is not not
