I called the number they left on my mother’s voicemail and the representative told me I owe $800 for a loan that I never took out and they have wrong address. Talking about they have my social security number, date of birth, where I work, my bank account (which I don’t have they said I had) and they sent out many documentation about the matter. I never received nothing from a company called Brooklyn something. She also said they have payment plans available but I’m not paying for anything without proof of documentation sent to me. Should I report this to social security.
