I saw the ad on Instagram for outlet Brooks shoes. I went to the website and placed an order that ended up being $99. It went through PayPal but ended up being the name of a person Macario Estala. I never received confirmation from this person about my order. When I filed a complaint with PayPal, this person went in and added a tracking number to my account that said my items were delivered on May 22. There was no address on the tracking number and I never received anything. I have not had any correspondence with this person. They refuse to respond to my messages. PayPal gave me a credit for the $99. They are continuing to investigate this situation, but I believe this is a major scam that also involves false tracking information.
