This so called "manager" had us download a program called: "GoTo Customer", which is a program that allows two people to use the same interface as one's desktop. We thought he was fixing/downloading the firmware of some sort, he never explained what it would be. And once he was on it, he opened the camera and could see what was going on, he said it was to see the printer.
The first desktop he tried to enter was a Linux desktop, and after we told him that he said "Do you have another desktop to use?" knowing that Linux was unhackable or hard to get into. The other computer we used has Windows 10, which by far is easier to get into, and we think he used the network to get into all computers connected to it. Only one computer has Linux, and the one he managed to use had information (not credit cards, ect.) but passwords were saved and we still don't know if he hacked thoroughly. This site hacked lots of people, and they made and could still be making money off of it. He charged $179.99 for a program to clean up a non-related virus called "csrss.exe".
