we can unite to denounce them. The same thing has happened to me. I ordered the laser engraver and I received another profit, and they tell me it's right! I want to report them but I need the support of more people who have experienced the same thing. Who is willing to collaborate?

Do NOT buy, SCAMMERS!

Ordered a laser engraver, but got a worthless tool instead!
The customer support was trying to fool me, claiming that the correct item was sent.
Luckily, I had paid via PayPal so I got a full refund!

Watch out! Scam!

The website is a fraudulent online store. A person purchases a product and after two weeks of waiting finds out that the website shipped the wrong product, admits to false advertising, they stated that I could get a 30% refund and keep the product as the best offer. The website would not comment when asked if the correct product could be shipped out after the wrong product was returned. The company has a 7 day hassle free return policy on they’re website, and all the company has done was refuse to fix the problem they created. Not only did the refuse to fix the problem, they refused to return the money paid for returning the product.
