I was contacted last week by this business saying they wanted to interview me after seeing my resume on Careerbuilder. After I was hired as an administrative assistant I was told they were sending me a check that I would use to purchase my office supplies. They told me to open a bank account and deposit the check and then contact them back for further instruction. When I got the check written on a Citibank account I went and opened a bank account and deposited the check and the next day I was advised by my bank that my account was frozen due to the check being bad.
