Send a letter to the Attorney General of Indiana with all your information. I did and they got back to me. And also my credit card company finally credited the amount to me. They are a total scam and they make up fake tracking numbers. Include all the reviews from this website. I’m pretty sure they will take the website down if they get enough complaints.

Went online to purchase a lawn sweep. Put in my address and debit card like I do for all my credit card purchases. It emailed me a order number and a tracking number. 11 days later tracking showed it was delivered to an individual in Hawaii. No useable customer service phone number and no response from my email complaint. Don't know what else to do.

Send a letter to the Attorney General of Indiana. I did and they got back to me. If they get enough complaints, they will take this website down.

I ordered online from the company and paid with a virtual credit card. They sent me a tracking number from a company from China. The package was delivered to a different address. At that point, I called the delivery company and realized I had been scammed. I did try and reach out to the company. I found the company name on several website where they pulled the same scam on so many people.

Ordered a swimming pool got confirmation number. About 10 days later said package was delivered in san diego we live in idaho. Called post office with tracking number and they said it was a one ounce package and was probably scam and happens all the time.

I ordered a children's ride on toy and never received my package. The seller provided a USPS tracking number. Here's where they are getting away with it. The tracking number is associated to your zip code but is a different address and(upon much harassing the post master for more info due to the circumstances) and not your name. Also, the item sent weighed only 1 pound and the item I ordered obviously would have weighed much more.

When I reported this to PayPal, the resolution center quickly favored the seller as she sent them the tracking number and something identifying it was sent to my address.

I am currently challenging their decision. I think at this point many would have given up because it's taken a lot of my time to get this far. Just saying watch out it's a scam.
