He claimed to be a civil engineer who had moved to my area from Ohio. After we started chatting he had to go to Canada to oversee a road project. Next thing I know his equipment broke and he needed money. Then he needed money to live on, after that he was in a car accident. I started suspecting things and I cut him off last June. He's using the address of Bunn string tying company as his business address in Lakeland Hills FL. I've called there and they have never heard of him. The address he provided me with in Florida is a different Bruce Jackson who has lived there since 1999. The SS number he uses was issued in Michigan to a different person
