Product (sweater) was not as described. It was a different material and very small. When I tried to return it, they would not honor the return/refund policy stated clearly on their website. It was clear that there was a problem before I opened the shipment. They charged extra for "sustainable" shipping, which was just shrink wrapped plastic (great for landfills, of course).
