This complaint is against Bryan Davis. (He) says he is an investigations officer with Purkins & Associates. Bryan claims to be affiliated with BB&T Bank. His business contact # is 888-765-3964. He says his extension # is 201; however-if you call the number Bryan answers directly. Bryan called me from this bogus business on Thursday, 5/24/2018-claiming that a case was forwarded to his litigation division naming me as a possible defendant along with my niece-in-law.

When I returned Bryan's call, he knew my social security number and date of birth. This matter concerns me. I never co-signed for anyone. Furthermore, I have good credit. Bryan left an acct #. He says he was calling to obtain a voluntary statement from me before charges are filed against me. When I attempted to ask questions, Bryan became very combative. I'm asking for an investigation of this business. Bryan left too much information on my answering service not even knowing whether he had the correct number or not.
