So I received an e mail from this person Brian Marcus. He claims he works for CashNetUSA. I clicked on the attachment in the e mail and it seemed legit at first. When I called the phone number as directed in e mail, this person asks for your Full name, address, last 4 of social and bank information. This person then proceeded to tell me in order to be approved for loan funding he would deposit funds “TEST FUNDS” into my account as verification due to credit score. Once those funds are received, he then goes on about in order to get the loan amount requested I would need to go into a store such as; Walgreens, CVS, Jewel Osco, Walmart, Dollar General or any store that sells gift cards. I would then need to purchase a gift card for verification. Once card is purchased then the loan amount will be put in your bank account. Please be aware of this person and any e mails from him. It’s a scam and this person doesn’t work for this loan company. I know how loan companies work and this is NOT how the process works.
