I ordered a product described as a Simpsons tv box that would play a Simpsons episode on September 17. On sept 19 I received an email that the product was being constructed and would be shipped using tracking #YT2426321266060150. I never received the product or any other message. It’s seems that many people online have had the same issue. The website no longer works and all associated links to view order and check tracking are also not working. Confirmation emails came from: [email protected] and I was directed to send messages to [email protected]. I did that today asking for a refund and did not receive a response. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. I’m concerned this vendor has a lot of peoples credit card info since they were advertising heavily on social media (instagram, facebook & TikTok.)
