Never received product and paid extra for shipping to be fast. Others encountered this from the looks of their Facebook page. It was supposed to arrive long ago. I can't contact anyone and have tried too many times. The email they provided is fake and nothing goes through. I shared a photo of my daughters that was supposed to be used. Now they have that. It was for a gift for Father's Day and now I no longer have a gift for him. It was a leather key chain in a box with a rose
