Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I’ve ordered this product before via Amazon and was ordering again through the manufacturers website directly. I saw coupons online that were redeemable, and the website didn’t stand out as fraudulent other than not showing up in the top 3 on a google search. Placed the order and they charged my card but I never received a shipping or order confirmation email. 15 days later of no product I tried sending two emails to the address provided in their footer that were bounced. The next day I tried calling their customer care with the number also provided. The number went to a voicemail box that read a phone number that wasn’t the one I called. My charge was disputed with my card thank goodness, but I wanted to report this to prevent others from making a similar mistake. I was very much fooled by how nice their website was. Like I said, I ordered their product before and I try to be good about how I use my card online. I hope this helps others.
