Sept. 26-Received email stating payment was received and was askedto setup a delivery date, time, and address. Sent info to deliver on Sunday (Sept28, 2020) after 4pm.
Sent an inquirie on Sept 27th regarding delivery. Respond received from BST on 9/27 ctating delivery woyuld be on Suunday afer 4pm
Sept. 28, 2020- Received email from delivery company stating delivery was enroute, however $799 was needed for shipping insurance. Contacted BTS to sy I was never told about this fee. was told (in writing) $55n included dlivery to my door. Requested refund. Received response stating they would contact delivery to see what was going on. Received an emil stating that since the pups were less then 20 weeks health insurance fee had to be paid. The email said if I pay $299 they would pay the rest. I refused and requested aa refund. They stop responding. Never got pups nor was the $1575 returned.
