I purchased a product through bstkole.com with a money back guarantee. However, I have received the items and they are obviously, falsely advertised. They are nothing like the ad's suggest so I requested a refund, and they are now refusing a full refund.

April/1/21 -I purchased items from an ad link to the bstkole website. ********************************************************************************...⇄ />
April/1/21 -Received a confirmation email from them, followed by a confirmation email from PayPal. (You have authorized a payment of $53.78 USD to Christine Bill([email protected]). It converted to $70.78 CAN

April/5/21 -I received another email from both bstkole, and PayPal confirming shipping.

I have tried 3 times, to get a refund, most recently, April/9/21 -Their last reply was "In this situation, how about we provide 20% refund of the product)

ORDER #*****-Base, PayPal Receipt #******, Tracking Number LZ*****CN However, I have received the items and they are not capable of most features the ad's suggest. They are just cheap, stiff, dollar store toys. They can only walk in a straight line and continuously bark. I requested a refund, and they are now refusing a full refund.

Their website clearly states a full moneyback guarantee, and they border on false advertising.

I intend to pursue this to the fullest extent.

I Just received my shipment today what a disappointment. First off the box is all crushed in, and then I open up the box and it’s just a stuffed animal that doesn’t even look like a husky it’s a grey and white stuffed animal (and the nose is sideways). Complete false advertisement. I waited 2 months for this shipment only to get a piece of plastic.

The advertisement was for a realistic dog that would follow you around and act like a real dog. What I got was an annoying, yappy, little toy that bounced around in circles. It was so completely different from the advertisement that it's obviously just a scam. These people should be shut down and probably put in prison.

They advertise a realistic toy dog that looks real and acts real. But what I received was garbage.

Do not buy from this site!! I was supposed to be getting a realistic Husky Dog toy that has sensors, follows you around & looks like a realistic dog. But I was instead sent this... and they will not refund your money even after I had multiple time sent them screen shots from THEIR OWN website saying satisfaction guaranteed, free returns etc.
