I ordered a product in good faith from www.bsubuy website. One month later I still had not received it. I contacted their customer service who said they could not send the product because I had submitted a "complaint" (which I had not.) I then requested a refund and they said they could not because of this complaint and said I had to remove it before they could do anything. Again - I never submitted a "complaint" and I asked them for a copy of it which they did not provide. I have sent numerous emails trying to get this resolved. It has now been 6 weeks. I cannot warn people enough to stay away from this company and their deceptive practices!
