Cheyanne purchased a blanket off an online boutique store and the wholesaler ran out of the one wanted. Instead of messaging privately she sent a message in a group chat on a Facebook Group for the store saying it was available anymore. A month went by before she messaged checking in on the missing blanket and was sent a message saying no refund could be given. She took a store credit and gave it to her friend which she was later denied the ability to use.
