I placed an order with the above company over a week ago. I have been reaching out since to get ANY kind of update on the order. I've tried leaving messages on the listed phone number, no response. I've sent at least 4 or 5 emails at this point, and no response. Yet I've received promotional emails since I placed the order from the exact same email address. We have been charged for an order that is clearly from a fake source or it wouldn't take this long to respond to my messages. It's disgusting that people take advantage of companies in a time of dyer need and health risk. Please help to have this company removed.
