Scam company. They use random existing fedex numbers. When you call fedex they will tell you the number simply isn't yours and that you need to contact the shipper. Shipper doesn't respond. From people that did get a response Bubblyliz claims they put in the correct information. This is simply not true. Not only is the fedex number not that of the customer, they are not even the shipper. The "proof" of delivery will not show your address, also not their name. For those who have the same issue, i just saved you a phone call with fedex. Document everything, make screenshots and keep the emails ready. Contact your bank or credit-card company and file a dispute.
