Type of a scam Phishing
This email is to notify you that the first trial assignment package has been sent and will deliver today via FedEx. This is will be one of numerous task to be completed between within the trial period. Please follow all instructions as detailed below so as to get this completed ASAP.
?1. Kindly proceed to your bank to have the check deposited, Funds will be available for withdrawal immediately or 24hrs after it has been deposited. I will be waiting for a confirmation message once it has been deposited and state clearly when your bank indicates the funds would be available for withdrawal. Send me a scan or snap copy of the deposit slip issued to you at the bank via email, after you have deposited the check for record purposes. You are too black out your account number on the deposit slip before it's sent over to me.
2. Once you have cashed the financial instrument I need you to do the following:
a. Deduct $500 which is payment of your trial weekly payment.
3. I just contacted the foster home that will be receiving the gift items to furnish me with the list of items they require which I will relay to you in my next email. Kindly let me know once you have received the check and deposited it. Also someone from the office will also be contacting you after you confirm you got the check/deposit to give you the list for the foster home.
A simple response to my e-mail is greatly appreciated so that I'll know it was received and to confirm you understand all instructions & I will reply back with the tracking number.?
